Conclusion

I've tried the One Food Diet, IU's diet, and Shin Se-kyung's diet as well. Instead of blindly following someone, it's best to find what works for you. Personally, regardless of the season, I always drink warm water and add azuki beans and matured pumpkin to my tea. In the morning, due to time constraints, I have Greek yogurt with blueberries and whole wheat bread. If I get hungry in between, I have corn or sweet potatoes. For lunch, I have a regular meal, but I keep the side dishes minimal and the rice portion to half a bowl. For dinner, I focus on salads and cherry tomatoes. In addition, I do lymph node and abdominal steaming, snack occasionally, and do stretching exercises daily as much as I can. For those who find it difficult to drink enough water, taking supplements can actually increase the frequency of water intake, benefiting their health.
